How do connection tests work?

Spearline uses ISDN signaling to determine if a call has been answered or if there is a connection related issue.

  1. The Spearline in-country server dials your Toll or Toll Free contact number using standard ISDN phone lines provided by local carriers in-country (this replicates your customers experience).
  2. Using ISDN signaling, Spearline can determine if the call is answered or if there is a connection related issue without ever reaching a live agent.
  3. When issues are found, Spearline alerts you immediately and provides you with the call detail records needed to have the issues resolved.
